Giving Thanks

It’s Thanksgiving here in the U.S. – one of my favorite holidays.

The energy of gratitude is incredibly powerful.

Studies have shown that people who start a daily practice of making lists things they are grateful for report that they become happier.  The change is big enough to be seen by their families and friends.

Being grateful can change your life.

There is so very much to be grateful for.  Here are a few things from my list today.

I’m incredibly grateful:

  • To be surrounded by family who loves me and accepts me just as I am.  This nurtures me in deep ways and I love laughing and playing with them.
  • For food that nourishes my body.  It gives me energy and stamina and tastes so scrumptious.
  • To have received so many gifts and blessings this year.  I feel showered on by the Universe and it gives me added assurance that all my needs are cared for.
  • For smiles.  The smiles of so many people I love fill me with joy.  Being able to smile connects me with my happiness in a physical way, and I love it!

And I’m grateful for you and to you.

I’m grateful that you are letting your light shine, that you are committed to your business and to your own growth.

I’m so thankful that you’re out in the world sharing your unique gifts and talents.  When you do that, you make my world a better place.
