The way it works:

  1. On the hour, we'll share in the chat what we're going to do. We'll do a few energy exercises together to release tension, get present and grounded, and align with the energy of what's wanting to be in the space. We'll also connect with the energy of the group so that everyone benefits.
  2. We'll work independently with cameras on or off.
  3. At 45 minutes after the hour, we'll reconvene and do a short energy exercise to integrate the energy of accomplishment.
  4. From 50 minutes after until the top of the next hour, we'll take a break.


  • Do I have to have my camera on? No. Do what works for you.
  • Can I come in other than at the top of the hour? Yes, it's fine. Come on in. You can say hi in the chat.
  • Do I need previous experience with energy or working with you? No. I'll explain everything as we go.
  • What if I don't know what to work on? Then just come and breathe. You may want to meditate or journal. In fact, I almost called this "Group Do Whatever Day".
