The Human Design System incorporates chakras, astrology, I Ching and Kabbala. It’s a very rich and intricate system, and I’m still learning about it.
Not only does it describe your personality, but it also gives you direction for knowing how you function best in the world. This includes how to make decisions from what’s called your Inner Authority (which is never your mind).
I’ve found it very helpful to know my Human Design, and being able to use it with my clients helps me coach with even more richness.
